Jackie’s practice is devoted to defending individuals and corporations, insurance companies, and their insureds from pre-litigation investigation through appeals. She writes coverage opinions, trains claims adjusters and managers, and defends them when they are accused of unreasonable conduct or bad faith. Jackie defends individuals in personal injury cases no matter the claims alleged. She knows Premises Liability, Auto, Defamation, Wrongful Death and Property Law. She also has experience in Construction Defect, Real Estate Disclosure, Fraud and Misrepresentation, and Contracts. She files interpleader actions on behalf of life insurance companies and provides pre-litigation advice regarding all kinds of insurance claims.

Jackie grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan and Slidell, Louisiana and was of the first generation in her family to earn a college degree. She attended Louisiana State University on a full academic scholarship, graduated with honors, and moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She gained real world experience representing clients in the Student Law Office and graduated fourth in her law school class.
